REAL HARRY POTTER WAND

Inspired from the Interactive Wands at Wizarding World of Harry Potter in Universal Studios, I created a DIY version of those wands using Computer Vision, Machine Learning, a Raspberry Pi and some other basic electronics. This project allows me to open/close a box with the correct flicks of a retro-reflector tipped Harry Potter Wand. Read More

PROJECT A.R.M.O.R

This was my team's proposal for the 'Beamline for Schools' competition organized by CERN. In it we proposed an experiment to test different interference patterns of high energy proton beam in order to find the best one suitable to create a shield that could save electronics on spacecrafts from cosmic rays by making them destructively interfere. POSEIDON: THE WATER SAVER

This was a cheap water saving system I built for my school. Making the use of an ultrasonic sensor, an arduino UNO was used to measure the water level in an overhead tank and accordingly control the motor on the ground floor with HC-12 wireless serial communication modules. The arduino also notified the person in-charge about switching on/off of the motor by giving a missed call on their phone using a GSM module. Read More

Through this project I repurposed an old PlayStation 2 controller into a reprogrammable wireless remote control for a 3D printed car using an arduino UNO, HC-12 wireless serial communication modules and Bill Porter's PS2 library for arduino. Read More

INTERSTELLAR

Interstellar is a 'Space Trip' booking app based in the future that I built as the final project for my high school. The app is completely written in C++ and allows a user to book trips to and from different celestial bodies in our Solar System and beyond. Not only this, it also mentions all the fun activities that a person could perform on the respective celestial body and also provides a gift coupon to a user after every second login. Read More

URJAA: THE ENERGY SAVER

Urjaa is an energy saving device which consist of two IR sensors connected to an Arduino UNO. The IR sensors are placed at the entrance of a room and can detect whether a person has entered or exited depending on the order in which the sensors are triggered. The arduino keeps a track of the number of persons inside the room and as the number becomes 0, it switches off all the electronics automatically using a relay. Details
